Consumer applications
A focused journey from first open to the user’s core action.
Discuss Android and iOS app development with Code Diffusion in Delhi, including UX, APIs, admin workflows, testing, store submission and support.
An app project starts with the people using it and the task they need to finish. Define the first release around the core journey: registration, discovery, booking, ordering, payment or an operational task. List customer, partner and administrator roles separately so the project is estimated as a working system rather than a collection of screens.
Choose Android, iOS or both based on your audience and release plan. Flutter, React Native and native development involve different trade-offs in shared code, platform features and maintenance. Device permissions, background activity, location, camera use and offline behaviour should be reviewed before choosing the stack.
Plan the backend alongside the app. An app may need secure APIs, role-based access, an admin panel, transaction records, notification rules and audit history. Existing systems can be integrated where their APIs and permissions support the required workflow. Third-party accounts, usage costs and approvals remain part of project planning.
Specify the difficult states early. What happens when payment is pending, a network request fails, a user changes a booking or a document is rejected? Define retry, recovery and support paths. For offline requirements, decide what can be saved on the device, when it synchronises and how conflicting updates are handled.
Testing should follow the actual product journey. Review important flows on agreed devices and OS versions, including forms, permissions, notifications and recovery from interruptions. Store submission also requires account access, app information, privacy disclosures and any supporting assets. Google Play and Apple review decisions are controlled by the platforms.
Share your user roles, main screens, business rules and required integrations to discuss the first release. Agree source-code handover, hosting responsibilities, monitoring and post-release support in the proposal. Later features can then be prioritised using real usage and customer feedback.
Mobile products must stay clear, responsive and useful across devices, network conditions and repeated daily use.
For teams launching customer apps, field tools, commerce products or mobile extensions of an existing platform. The scope follows the user’s context: what they need to do, where they use the app and what must still work when connectivity is limited.
A focused journey from first open to the user’s core action.
Device permissions, camera, location or files used only where they improve the task.
Offline states and synchronisation rules for unreliable networks.
Push notifications designed around useful events rather than noise.
Map first-use, repeat-use and exception paths before designing screens.
Respect Android and iOS behaviour while keeping the product recognisable.
Build maintainable native or cross-platform application architecture.
Connect authentication, data, payments and business services securely.
Check performance, permissions, screen sizes and network conditions.
Prepare releases, resolve review issues and plan improvement after launch.
We consider device features, performance expectations, release cadence and the existing backend before recommending Flutter, React Native, Swift or Kotlin.
We discuss Android and iOS requirements and help choose a suitable release approach. The proposal should state the platforms, supported versions, device coverage and whether the implementation is native or cross-platform.
They can be included when required. Specify the records, roles, approvals, reports and configuration that administrators need; they should not be assumed to be included merely because the app needs them.
These integrations can be scoped around the product workflow and the provider APIs. Account setup, credentials, usage charges, platform restrictions and failure states need to be agreed.
Selected tasks can be designed for offline or interrupted use. Define which data is stored locally, what requires a live connection and how updates synchronise once the connection returns.
Submission assistance can be included in the scope. The business needs suitable developer accounts and required disclosures. Store approval and review time cannot be guaranteed.
Provide user roles, the core journey, launch platforms, business rules, integrations and any existing designs or APIs. Separate first-release requirements from later features.
Tell us who will use the app, the action they need to complete and the systems it must connect with. We’ll recommend a practical first release.
