SYSTEM RELIABILITY ARCHITECTURE

Reliability is an operating practice, not a hosting plan.

Business-critical applications need controlled releases, visibility, recovery and ongoing maintenance after launch.

For teams running products that must remain secure, available and responsive as usage changes.
RELIABILITY WORK WE CAN OWN

Production systems need visibility, recovery and disciplined change.

We focus on how an application is released, monitored, protected and restored—not simply where the server is purchased.

01

CI/CD setup

Separate development, staging and production responsibilities where required.

02

Container platforms

Automate repeatable deployment steps and reduce manual release risk.

03

Release automation

Monitor availability, errors, resources and important application signals.

04

Monitoring systems

Plan backups around data value, recovery time and retention needs.

CLOUD & SUPPORT CAPABILITIES

The operating practices that keep a system dependable after launch.

01
Infrastructure planning

Match compute, storage, database and network choices to the application.

02
Deployment workflow

Create controlled, repeatable releases with appropriate environment separation.

03
Monitoring & alerts

Observe service health and route actionable incidents to the right owner.

04
Backup & recovery

Define retention, secure copies and tested restoration procedures.

05
Security maintenance

Review access, secrets, dependencies, patches and configuration continuously.

06
Performance & support

Diagnose incidents, bottlenecks and recurring operational problems.

INFRASTRUCTURE DECISIONS

Reliability requirements should drive the cloud design.

Availability, recovery targets, traffic patterns, data sensitivity and team capability determine the hosting model and operational controls.

CLOUD & SUPPORT FAQ

What teams should clarify before production responsibility changes.

Can you support an application built by another team?+

Yes, after a technical handover and assessment. We first review source access, deployment, dependencies, data, known issues and current infrastructure.

How often should backups run?+

Frequency depends on how much data the business can afford to lose and how quickly service must recover. Backup schedules should follow those recovery requirements.

What does monitoring include?+

It can include uptime, errors, resource use, logs and application-specific signals. Alerts must be actionable; collecting dashboards without an ownership process is not enough.

Can cloud work be introduced without rebuilding the application?+

Often yes. Deployment, monitoring, backup and access improvements can be phased around the current application, although architectural limits may require later code changes.

NEED MORE CONFIDENCE IN PRODUCTION?

Start with the system, risks and recovery expectations.

Tell us what is running, where it is hosted and what currently fails or takes too much manual effort. We’ll define the first reliability milestone.
